Diem's ascent from a modest upbringing in Vietnam to a successful real estate entrepreneur epitomizes the transformative power of resilience and determination.
Born into modest circumstances, she spent her early years in a humble hut with no electricity or plumbing. These formidable challenges only bolstered her resolve, driving her to pursue a brighter future for herself and her family.
At the age of six, Diem relocated to the United States, enduring the painful separation from her father and sister who settled in a different state, resulting in a loss of contact. Despite these hardships, her determination never wavered, and after five years of perseverance, she joyfully reunited with her family in Santa Rosa, California, which has been her home since 1997.
Diem's journey is marked by hard work and significant achievements. She is not only an entrepreneur and a savvy real estate investor but also a seasoned world traveler, having visited over 20 countries. Her hands-on experience as a homeowner and landlord has provided her with invaluable insights into the complexities of the real estate market.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Diem holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Sonoma State University and a Paralegal Degree from Empire College, enhancing her ability to handle the legal aspects of real estate transactions. Her academic achievements and previous role as a professor at Empire College have equipped her with a deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies, which she adeptly applies in promoting properties and negotiating on behalf of her clients.
